Welcome
Kirk Farber's first novel, POSTCARDS FROM A DEAD GIRL,will be published by Harper Perennial (an imprint of HarperCollins) in early 2010.
"Postcards" was a semi-finalist in the first Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award contest, and was reviewed in full by Publisher's Weekly. Here's what PW had to say:
"Told from Sid's point of view, this novel is a surreal and engrossing tale of a man in denial, coping with tragedy and learning how to stop being alone and move on with his life."
And an Amazon Top Reviewer said this:
"From what I've seen so far, Postcards from a Dead Girl is a wickedly funny and original story."
Kirk's short fiction appears online in Hobart literary journal, and in print in Wisconsin People & Ideas as a finalist in their statewide fiction contest judged by Charles Baxter.
Thanks for visiting.
More to come...
